Fiber encompasses a broad range of materials and techniques, and uniquely embraces discourses in contemporary art and design. Fiber courses offer you instruction in:
- Papermaking
- Book arts
- Fabric painting,

The fiber arts lab is housed in the Jack Arends Hall Visual Arts Building and comprises several multi-harness

Courses in fiber arts can be used to fulfill some studio and design electives.
